Refund Policy

We fully comply with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and the Terms below are not intended to restrict such rights in any way but to further clarify our position. Faulty items and exchange must be reported by email within 7 days from receipt. Any physical damage or re-work done to the product or defacing labels on parts and components voids warranty and will not be accepted. Goods will either be replaced or payment refunded. If you are returning goods to us – Insured delivery is strongly recommended-as the goods will remain your responsibility until they arrive with us.

Delivery Policy

We usually ship our goods within 7 days of purchase using external couriers. In the event that we have to order stock in and are unable to meet that time frame then we will discuss that with you. It is our normal practice to confirm to you by email when the goods have been despatched. Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address via courier and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent damage, please refuse the delivery or endorse the acceptance note that the goods were accepted “damaged”.


Except as may be implied by law the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and the Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage
